The concept of Dzeimi restaurant is fully reflected in its name: "zeimi" in Georgian means "holiday". A festive restaurant, where waiters from time to time at nights perform Georgian dance, and in response to the guest's praise for the chef, they all together shout "vaime!", expressing general joy and delight.

The interior, being part of the concept, is built around wine – one of the symbols of Georgia, without which no Georgian holiday is possible. Inspired by Georgia and the Kakheti region with its wineries in particular, we created the atmosphere of a Georgian chateau.

This is a recognizable stonework, canopies, tents decorated with garlands similar to summer festive pavilions, and restrooms alike to wine cellars, where young wine matures in barrels. Felt lamps, which are also tree pots, are designed based on Georgian qvevri.

The heart of the project - the art object "Wine Tree" – is both designers’ interpretation of the famous Plane Tree, the oldest tree in Georgia, and refers to the Rtveli grape harvest festival. The crown is made of classic wine bottles, whereas to form the trunk the decorators used kiln-fired bottles, which became flat-shaped after processing – perfectly as needed for the project.

The interior is decorated mainly in gray and terracotta shades, which, along with papakha-lamps, qvevri, and the pattern of the traditional supra tablecloth refer to recognizable symbols of Georgian identity.
